Our client would like to fill the position of Rentals and Admin Assistance for one month with the option to extend 3-year renewable contract as per your performance who will be reporting to the Operations Manager.

Purpose Statement of the Position
The job holder will be responsible for preparing offer letters and tenancy agreements, office purchases among other duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Property inspections and reports
• Rent collection
Preparing offer letters and tenancy agreements
• Preparing property budgets, service charge accounts, and other financial documents
• Preparing schedules and reports
• Managing property renovations
• Leading property maintenance team
• Supervision of caretakers
• Minute writing
• Letter and email writing
• Preparing statements, invoices, receipts
• Customer services/Tenant relations
• Managing rental properties
• Handling property inquiries
• Sales and Marketing of properties
• Filling
• Handle petty cash
• Office purchases
• Receive office visitors and phone calls

Minimum Requirement

• Degree in Accounts and/or Business Management or Diploma in Real Estate/Property Managment
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management position(Knowledge of accounting in Real Estate/Property Management firm a plus
• Communication skills, interpersonal skills.
