To support our international growth we are looking for a Sales Manager Kenya based in Nairobi. As Sales Manager you will drive the establishment of a suitable sales strategy, plan and manage day-to-day operations of our newly established entity in Nairobi and build up a strong sales and service team to deliver results in line with Mobisol’s company objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Business Planning: setting up sales targets, quality sales and sales strategy in line with operation policies and processes regarding sales & marketing
• Business Growth: maximize the sales through existing channels and identify new channels to establish and develop the sales and service structure in the region
• Sales: preparing a forecast, monitoring the performance and providing weekly/monthly reports to ensure the achievement of sales targets
• Management operations: setting up and maintaining budget planning and compliance including HR-, transport- and communication- and office material needs
• Strategic business planning: analysing market trends and competitors landscape to ensure a successful sales development just as our established markets in Tanzania & Rwanda
• Participate in establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with partners, customers and distributors
• Represent the company in networking events, trade fairs and conferences with an aim of growing business
• Creating a strong sales team and establish a resilient cooperation with the marketing department and potential partners in order to ensure a controlled and healthy further growth.

Required Qualifications
• Business degree with focus on sales management
• Proven track- record of at least 6 years of professional sales experience in a rapidly growing B2C related industry.
• Sound knowledge and experience in sales reporting and forecasting, budgeting processes, business development and the execution of day-to-day sales performance.
• Must pursue a systematic, structured and reliable way of work.
• Hands-on approach as well as pronounced social competencies for teamwork and people management. Must be target driven and dynamic, and you consider your role as an important contribution to the development of the entire enterprise.
